Ideally one could change the status to active, inactive, hidden etc directly in the tab 'Profile visitors'.

Hi Stefanie, we're working on updates which improve the filtering options in Lead harvest, where profile visitors are one of the sources. This way we won't need to perform any actions on profile visitors page.
