Efficient Working in Lead Harvest

As we are working in the lead harvest, it would be good if we could add a note next to the lead, so we know which action we then followed.
Here's how it could work, we've changed status from 'new' to 'active', we have tagged the lead with the relevant business, and then we have multiple actions we can follow depending on whether it is a 'new connection', 'profile visit' or 'comment'.

Alex Abbott out of curiosity - what keeps you from doing that in your CRM? (Hubspot, Salesforce or such?)

Steven Morell we have Pipedrive but don't use it for managing 'conversations', it's more when a deal is qualified. It would require us to change the way we currently work. We have a use case where we are deploying a social selling strategy with getting a call with specific contacts as the goal, this would require sending 2 or 3 follow up DM messages from the Lead Activation stage in the Lead Harvest. Minimising the number of systems a salesperson has to log in to is a plus and ensuring the follow up action is one directly after qualifying the lead is an efficiency way of working. The more we can do in Teamfluence to achieve the goal, the more value felt IMHO.

I have started using tags to help me manage where I am with each lead in the lead harvest, but this will get very busy over time, with many tags to try to remember. Would be good to have an integrated LinkedIn inbox in Teamfluence with pre-defined templates to follow up each action in the lead harvest, and also store conversations by tag. Once the lead is harvesting I would like to stay on top of which actions to follow next, to increase the chances of securing a call / conversationw ith that person.
