When downloading the reports, it would be helpful to have just one row, on the same spreadsheet, for each user, and keep the remaining columns.

Adjusted *.xls file export to include one team member latest results per row with comparison to prev month (last day of the previous month).

To further clarify, it would be helpful to see the differences (delta) from beginning of the month to the end of the month. This will be used to compare month over month.
